Quick PSU question

#1dakondakbladePosted 9/3/2013 6:21:21 PM
Hey guys quick question,

In oct I'm going to build my new rig

It's the following parts

i5 4670k cpu
msi z87 gd65 board
Kingston SSD 128 gb
Corsair Enthusiast Modular TX750M PSU
My current 6.5 TB ( Split amongst 5 drives )
Current basic DVD RW+
Current memory ( I believe it's either Ripjaw or Vengeance ) 16 GB
MSI GTX 770
Existing Cooler Master Storm Enforcer Case
About 4-5 fans

I'm quite happy with the build and it seems like it will be decent enough for all my needs.

However; the one problem ( not counting cable management ) I've had over the years is trying to determine a good psu

The PSU above is on sale for $99

Would 750 watts be enough for this rig? In addition; I may chuck another 770 in down the line so I want to keep SLI an option.

In this case would it better to get an 850 watt PSU or would I be 100% fine with the 750?

Any help on this would be awesome.

Cheers

750W should be enough for what you're getting plus another 770.

Yep, that 750W is good for that build plus a second 770.
