Help with my C++ assignment please?

It says

"Write a parallel memory allocator that uses thread-local binned free lists to provide appropriate-size blocks via malloc."

Where do I even begin?

Do your own homework, or you'll never learn. Plus, this isn't a programming board.

Nothing wrong with asking for help but . . . if you don't even know where to begin it sounds like you weren't paying attention earlier. I'd help you but I also have no idea where to begin on that, but I'm only a couple of semesters in my coding and am just learning C#

I would begin by researching malloc.

I have the single-threaded version ready already, just need to parallelize it.

This can't be a 100-level programming class I hope.

The assignment also sounds like a stepping stone to a programming test Sucker Punch gave out to job applicants. They asked you to organize byte queues, but without using malloc or other built in functions for heap management.

That must be one brutal community college.

The HDD panel is down, connect the cross-platform matrix so you can parse the EXE capacitor!
