Am I worrying about nothing?

I came home today and turned my computer on. It's running windows 8, but it usually starts on the desktop. This time it started on the Metro, except everything was frozen. I could move my mouse around, but I couldn't click anything. I tried ctrl alt delete, and that did bring up the menu, but I couldn't do anything on there other than click close.

So at this point I shut down the pc by holding the power button (I usually shut down by using the menu unless I can't access the menu). When I turn it on, it took around 20 seconds to turn on instead of the usually 3-5 seconds. But once i logged on, everything was fine.

Am I worrying about nothing, or is there something wrong with my PC? I built it 3 months ago, so it's not exactly old.

Kernel hibernation failed.

No big deal

Windows 8 never shuts down, it hibernates to make the bootups feel faster.

Windows 8 hibernation, is as crappy now as it was in Windows 2000 and sometimes fails.

When it fails, you reboot, and it loads from the start, instead of from a saved version of the kernel state.
