What is a computer programmer consultant? I'm earning my Bachelors in Computer Science this year and I don't know what that is.

It's an independent programmer.

Family?

Try 3 counties.

Granted, I live in rural Alabama.

That's interesting. South Park was just on informing the general populous of Alabama.

I'm not sure if I agree or not. Tell me what you think since you are from Alabama.

Do you reference this clip every time the state of Alabama is mentioned?

Yes, and it sucks.

I didn't think they had computers in Alabama yet. Must be new.

Unfortunetly yes. I know very little about computers, but my family considers me a god damn genius because i can turn a PC off then on, which fixes 99% of problems.

Wow, such easy problems to solve.

Sadly my parents still have problems with the copy / paste concept

-_-

Having to explain the same concept over & over, so frustrating.

Yes... but i'm surrounded by idiots.

I offer to fix their computer's because they can all be remedied by reinstalling windows. instead they buy new computers, so there's 2 laptops and a desktop. I've had their desktop for 8 months, I've told them, Buy a new PSU, and it will run again.

and the laptops were my nephews handiwork... so they're sitting on the coffee table.

I ask what they're doing with them and my sister snaps on me and blames their troubles on me despite my not ever having touched the computers.

So, I leave it alone.

Yes and no. I know more about hardware as well as how to run software or games and all, but I know almost nothing about programming which some of my relatives study.
