Where are you buying an i3-3220 for $190? Jesus.

Go for an FX-6300 or an i5. Hell, you could probably get an FX-8350 for that sort of money.

The cheaper the better it would be, I just want to run most game on high settings and still be able to record with no lag, i play moba's so there not that extensive. Im on low budget, could u give me some substitutes for better cheaper parts?

An i3-3220 should be closer to $120. And do not get a GTX 650Ti.

Spend a little more on an i5 and a 7950 GPU.

Don't get the i3. An fx-6300 at 4.5ghz will outperform it.

Note that you can get an fx-6300 + ga970a-ud3 mobo + evo 212 cooler all for around the price of a single i5-4670k, so if you're on a budget that combination is what I'd recommend. And it's really not that much worse than a stock i5.
