So I'm seriously considering the Yoga 2 Pro. Has a 3,200x1,800 display. But my question is, how does 1080p scale to this display? I mean, it can't play full screen without stretching the video, right?

1080P won't stretch perfectly, but 1600x900 will.

It would stretch it, but keep the aspect ratio. A 3200 x 1800 display is still 16:9. It'd be similar to playing a full screen 720p video on a 1080p screen, I think.
