Hello everyone I am in the market to upgrade my CPU.

This is the current one that I have

It is a I3 2120 that is pretty good but I was looking to upgrade to probably a I5. My budget is about 200 dollars right now. I was thinking about one of these three.

Also would my motherboard be OK for a Ivy bridge processor or would I have to upgrade it as well. This is the mother board I have. It is a ASRock H77 Pro4/MVP.

none of those cpus you linked to will work in your current motherboard. you need intel LGA1155 sandy bridge or ivy bridge cpus. also you might have to flash the bios on your mobo before installing a ivy bridge cpu. this is the probably the best for you considering your 200$ budget.

I'm not trying to skimp out or anything just want an upgrade without breaking the bank to bad. Those two seem to be decent.
