SLI gtx 680 lightning (2) paired with i5 3570k (4.4ghz)

What kind of boosts should I expect by adding a second gpu? At 1080p I've been able to stay at 60fps with eye candy turned on. Only game that made my current set up dip below 60fps is Metro LL.

Your video card may be capable of producing more than 60 frames per second, but if your monitor is stuck refreshing only 60 times a second, it's all for naught...

It's def being held back by my HDTV. But 60fps is my goal for every game.

Second part of this is. Is my PSU able to power this thing? Says SLi ready.

So you're buying another 680 for one game?

If you aren't playing every game with 32x AA is it really worth it?

That's the plan. Just doing research and see if its worth it.

Edit. Not for one game=.= even I know that's stupid

Well, obviously there will be more demanding games in the future that would benefit also.
