Cording to the specs, the difference are a few features:


Thermal Monitoring Technology
Anti-Theft Technology
Trusted Execution Technology
vPro Technology

Seems to be more of a business focus chip with added security features.

Performance wise, is exactly the same than the 4770.

No, it's more like every CPU has those except the K SKUs because Intel figures people who buy the K SKUs are not interested in features that are otherwise standard.

I just went ahead and ordered it...did I make a mistake and should have gone with the 4770k? I have never overclocked anything before
