To go alongside my current? (specs in signature) & maybe a stronger PSU?

Go get a second monitor. Like mechanical keyboards, they don't seem worth it on paper but once you get used to them you'll find yourself pining for the setup whenever it isn't available.

OK in that case, my current monitor is a Acer s230HL A bd so getting another would be nice & cheap although, said monitor only has DVI or VGA while on the other hand my GPU has a DVI & HDMI port. Would I be good to set up dual display if I use 1) DVI to DVI for one & 2) VGA to HDMI for the other?

Just use DVI for one monitor and HDMI for the other.

DVI to DVI on one, HDMI to DVI on the other. No need to get VGA involved.

Ummm.. I think you guys missed the part where I said that my current monitor only has VGA or DVI. No HDMI port. So I would have to DVI to DVI one & VGA to HDMI the other yes? & I was asking if that is OK or if I would be good to go. (:

Unless I am mistaken for something here.

Both of your monitors will have a DVI port. Hence you can go from your video card's DVI port to DVI port on monitor one, then video card HDMI to monitor two's DVI.

So obviously, I am not tech-savvy when it came to dual monitor set up haha, so about actually putting it to use... would I be able to play some games on both or would the other simply be for multi-tasking while gaming?
