So, a friend of mine says PS4 and Xbone are stronger than 7990 and Titan

I've been LMAO the whole day. He also said that there aren't many games that support a Titan. Just sharing with you so you can laugh too

your friend is right

a geforce 760 can run battlefield 4 dx 11 with the same graphics as the titan dx11..titan will run it faster at higher resolutions but nothing is designed specifically for the titan

i think it's nice

He's right. PS4 and Xbone can easily bench more than a 7990 or Titan. They are considerably larger and heavier.

None of my friends are this stupid, they all know gaming PC's are superior in every way. They just cost more.
It's better to have smart friends. Dump the dumb ones.

Ok, I should have said more powerful, but you know what I meant funny boy. He also said that my rig has nothing against them cause they have a customized "next-gen" gpu and mine is old. Even with my 8150 I am fine for the next 3 or maybe 4 years

The PS4 will have possibility to be coded at metal level which will generate another amount of extra performance over DirectX.

We have the APU-HSA design on the PS4. This implies that the CPU can help to the GPU in situations of extreme load, unlike what happens in the PC where CPU and GPU work separately and can bottleneck the other.

Finally we have the unified GDDR5 memory design, which avoids the bottlenecks associated to the PCI and DDR3.
Combining all of the above, I think that the effective graphics performance of the PS4 would be about 5x the base 1.84 TFLOP.

This gives a theoretical value of 9.2 TFLOP for a discrete graphics card in the PC side, which is superior to what can offer the newest HD 7990 and far beyond the GTX titan.

He sent me this. XD
