Need help at choosing which combo deal to get for a gaming PC.

The first one, but I'd advise going intel in that price range. In addition, I've heard dodgy things about Rosewill PSUs, although I think they do a couple of good ones too. Ask someone else who has better knowledge of PSUs.

Do you know how well that setup will run BF4, FPS wise?

The only concern with those combos is the higher priced case, mobo, PSU, and/or RAM means that you don't actually save that much (and may even end up paying more for some of the combos).
