For games at low-medium settings, will this be fine? Apparently it was $500 dollars before the savings, sooo I don't know.

If you turn everything down, maybe. But I wouldn't bet on it.

The processor part itself is slower than a celeron, the integrated graphics are a little better, but not very good.

Honestly, I don't get why people think they would be able to game on the absolutely cheapest computers they make. Maybe you can play League of Legends on low, that's it.
