Should I get another 7850?

To go alongside my current, same brand / GPU of course. I just got dual monitors and it's only teasing me seeing what games could possibly look like in eyefinity, makes me want to get a third monitor but I think it might be a better idea to pick up the same GPU first then the 3rd monitor yeah?

VRAM won't stack and CrossFire will have more issues than with a single card.

I suggest selling the 7850 and getting a good 3 GB or 4 GB card, and maybe SLI/CrossFire that in the future. Since you currently have a 7850, I'd go with a 760 or better for Nvidia or a 7950 or better for AMD.

Oh also, if I do so... will I need 1.21 gigawatts!?!?

i'd say wait for AMD's new video cards then sell your 7850 and get one of those

I'd prefer being cheap & effective, or just to get the job done easiest if possible but alright then nevermind I guess.

If you have multiple monitors then get a card with more VRAM. For a single monitor crossfire 7850s is fantastic. Pushing 780 territory for a lot less money

So for multiple monitors (let's say 3), getting another Sapphire 7850 2GB OC wouldn't be good because the Vram doesn't stack? I don't think I would want to bother crossfire for a single monitor, .... or would I? ;)

Yeah, VRAM doesn't stack.
