I just installed steam a while ago and was using but after I exited it it wasn't on my computer anymore. Can someone help me?

should be in your list of programs. go to start, all programs and it should be there. --- See The Game Collection http://www.gamespot.com/users/nights_team2k7/games_table?mode=own

I don't think there's anything anyone can do for you.... it's like asking "guys, I put my car keys on the table and then went to cook dinner, now when I look again it's gone!"
"Look again?" "Leave the house and come back?" "Maybe someone else took the keys?"
That would be about the extent of the help you're going to get in this kind of situation.
Reinstall it... That's probably the only option you have, unless it's actually still installed, in which case, you just need to find where you installed it and make a shortcut or something... --- http://raptr.com/badge/arleas/uc.png http://i.imgur.com/G7PNnZ8.gif

So you bump without any feedback on the previous two suggestions? --- "How do I get rid of a Trojan Horse?" -Sailor_Kakashi "Leave it outside the gates of Troy overnight." -Davel23

He was kinda vague in the first place. Vague descriptions of the problems usually result in vague answers being given.
So all we really know is, he installed steam (or so he thinks) and when he goes to look again, it magically vanished.
For all we know he was using it within something like sandboxie, under a different user account, or maybe he did a system restore and that resulted in it being removed or something. --- http://raptr.com/badge/dc821beb3ce7e522d4d6721ba24c11e0/fs.png http://i.imgur.com/KDYNR.jpg
