Why did the get the less or equal error?

I'm using windows 8 if that means anything. I've checked both my drivers and used memory diagnosis to check for ram problems but nothing came up.

Do you overclock? I was getting this error when overclocking my CPU to far.

It can also be related to drivers.

I'm not overclocking and by related to drivers do you mean not having the latest versions?

Not necessarily. For example when upgrading certain drivers through uninstall they corrupt or remnants are left behind so that when you try to install new ones your PC throws out that error. I had this a lot with GPU drivers.

How can I find these remnants and fix it, if this is the problem?

A program such as Driver Sweeper did the trick for me.

Is there a certain thing you are doing when the error occurs?

Thanks, I'll look into Driver Sweep if it works well with win 8. It only happened once to my knowledge, when I was only on wikipedia
