$650 to buy a onitor. What are my options?

Obviously I'd want to get the best resolution/size I can get within that range. What would be the some good ones for gaming? I currently have a gtx 480 but will be upgrading soon.

Actually, could you explain any of your preferences for screen size and resolution? Which is the intended card you are upgrading towards?

IMO, the best for that price is going to be the ASUS PB278Q.

27 inches, 1440p, great image quality, for $554.

For a brand name monitor, that ASUS PB278Q is the best deal. Most other brand name monitors of that resolution are beyond $650. You will definitely need a new gpu though.

And if you hear as the warm night falls. The silver sound from a time so strange. Sing to me, sing to me.

Why would you be spending $650 on a monitor with a gtx480?
