I need a new psu, seeing as how mine's starting to act funky.

Any suggestions?

Well if you can deal with MIB's then I'll find another one but probably wont be that great though.

I wouldn't go any lower than a ~500W unit for your build, and there's nothing in the $40-45 realm that would do.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139027 is $50.
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9 is a step up in quality that I would recommend, and you can get it for $45 after a $10 mail-in rebate.

The problem with mine is, the fan is making a horrible racket,
Actually i was thinking.. can i just replaces the fan inside?

That's really the only reason why..

One of the fan blades broke off, and is currently making a clink noise.

Oh goodness.
Please direct me to a fan replacement.
That'd help immensely.
