How do you guys stand playing at such choppy frame rates i.e. 60FPS?

Anything short of 120 is super choppy and hurts my eyes. How do you stand it?

My take is this:

I can play games at 30fps.

I can play games at 60 fps.

I CANNOT play games that bounce around wildly from 30-60 fps. It messes with my eyes and brain.

This.

I mean, the occasional drop is fine, but anything past that is intolerable.

You guys are so picky, honestly I can play anything as long as it doesn't go below 20 fps.

Depends thought. Slow paced single player games I honestly do not care much as long as it is somewhat smooth. In fast paced multiplayer games however, a low framerate can really ruin the experience and have a big effect on actual gameplay.

that's not a fault of the game, usually.

it's an incapacity of the system you have and/or your inability to tweak settings for consistency

if its stable, I can deal with 30fps and 60fps, but if it keeps shuttering, like between 20-30fps, then I cant, same with 40-60fps.

They say you don't need top end graphics cards to game on pc yet people complain if frame rate is between 40-60 fps well ok then.
