You could do better.
This would be $20 more, for instance, and would blow that build out of the water:

CPU and GPU are way out of date.
That is something you'd see someone post with the line "It is time for a new computer. Here is my old PC, is there anything salvageable from it?"

The builds Pyrotechnixxx have posted will make good gaming PCs that should last you a while.
