It's more prudent to uninstall graphics drivers when they're not in use.

In safe mode, those drivers aren't being used. The system uses generic windows drivers. thus, it's the safer method to remove them.

We never disputed that. What you seem unable to comprehend is that uninstalling in safe mode is, in fact, the better method.
