have both card plugged in/crossfire bridged and detected but no crossfire option in ccc?

Do you see both cards in device manager? What motherboard?

yes both show up in the device manager and in ccc hardware info tab and on gpuz program
this is my motherboard and i have the second pcie set to x4 instead of default x2

So I read the manual, are you supposed to change the mode to 4x, or keep it at auto? Did you try both?
