Waits for the AMD v.s Intel one next.

Doubt it'll happen. AMD's GPUs trump Intel's GPUs. Even when you look at integrated gaming options in games where frame rates are traditionally CPU-locked to a large degree you can see AMD pulling ahead because of how limiting even the newest Intel GPUs are.

He was referring to the constant flag toting intel/AMD fanboys do on these forums. In that comparison, it'd be CPU's being compared.

AMD, because I've had an nVidia card tell me it wasn't compatible with Windows anymore.

AMD for a couple of reasons. The first being that they're currently cheapest, the other because I'm British so I always go for the underdog lol

Nvidia. AMD is still good, but they always seem to be playing catch up to Nvidia.

Nvidia. More expensive in general, but can't beat the execution their cards deliver.

I've used both and don't really have problems with either. I had to RMA an AMD card once but that's the only major problem I had with either. I've owned more AMD though because of price.

I picked Nvidia but I would buy AMD if there was a good sale and I was looking for a new card.
