I've been wanting to get a new mouse and just wondered which one I should get. I've used the MX518 before and it felt pretty good. I'm guessing the G500 wouldn't be much different. The Deathadder looks nice.
I have the g500 and love it, very responsive and comfortable. I don't know how it is compared to the death adder though. --- gt= Pink BluRR Steam i_Am_Krazyshot http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/2812176186

I went through two Razer mice and both were junk.
The sensitivity would randomly go haywire and the mouse would stop working during mid game.
This occurred on two different mice on two different PC's.
One of those PC's was a fresh brand new machine with nothing on it and it still sucked.
Bought a Logitech mouse and it's been flawless and one of the most comfortable I've ever used. ---

G400 > G500
Between the G400 and DA, it would depend on what you think is more comfortable. If you have a store like Best Buy nearby you can probably try them out. --- http://i.imgur.com/ULj4q.jpg Let strength be granted, so the world might be mended.

This. I have both. --- Every time you point out that something is an opinion Jesus shoots a kitten in the face.

depends what you want to use it for. I like the G500 because of all of the buttons --- See The Game Collection http://www.gamespot.com/users/nights_team2k7/games_table?mode=own

Yeah I agree. If you like the MX518 then I would go for the G400(s).
It is much lighter, since the G500 weighs a ton (and still has the option to add more wait, what? lol). The weight is more evenly distributed over the mouse as well. The sensor is centered (in the G500 it is placed toward the front). It has an objectively better sensor. It has a better scroll wheel as well. They put the same scroll wheel in the G500 as in the MX revolution. While it is great in that mouse, it is not made for gaming. It is a wobbly mess. Even clicking it is hard without accidentally sideway scrolling.
Stick to the G400. Deathadder is also good though. Depends on what kind of shape mouse you like. --- I5 760 | GTX 760 | FILCO Majestouch 2 tenkeyless | Zowie FK | Asus Xonar DGX | Sennheiser HD 518 | Samsung S24A350H
