1. TC stated his opinion and did not "hate" anything.
2. Steam is a service and a restriction. Many of us believe the service outweighs the restriction.

i prefer my game library organized which is why pretty much all my games are steam based.... i didnt say it's bad i just said it sucks for me.....

You know you can add games to your steam library without them actually being on steam right? Just go to Games->Add non-steam game to my library in the top menu

I agree with the TC. If I buy a game, I want to make sure everyone I know on Steam knows I have it.
