When do you plan to give up gaming? (18 plus, which you should be anyway)

I do not think I ever have to give it up. It is actually a hobby that you can easily continue, since the time requirements are actually very limited compared to a lot of other things.

I am already at that stage where playing an MMO and being really invested in it just won't happen, because I do not have that kind of time and can not dedicate my hours that consistently. However, I am still very involved with some FPS and play them a lot. The clan I play in are all people between the age of 25 and 40, and we still have a lot of fun (been playing together since that category was 15 and 30, though more people have joined us since).

I will game as long as I enjoy it. Which probably means I will always game in some way or other.

When there's nothing to do in Falcom's Ys series anymore, or if Star Citizen stops being fun, or I actually bother to go through my backlog of RPGs, then I will stop permanently.

Five years ago, I lost 30,000 sandwiches and cakes in a blink of an eye. And GLaDOS just f___ing laughed.

Make me, 25.

There is no maximum age limit on games. I hate it when people think that all video games are for kids, simply because they're video games. Same thing when people think ANYTHING animation is for kids, simply because its animated. There are plenty of games and cartoons not suitable for kids.

I know in a few years i wont be as active of a gamer as i am now, because my responibilities and free time will change, but i know i will always be a gamer.

30 years old. I come & go. I quit gaming almost half a decade ago, but I came back in 2011 because there was finally some interesting games coming out. (Arkham City)
All in all it's a waste of time because games of today are even worse. LOL!
It truly is an addiction though, I end up spending more on more money on much useless crap I don't need.
The most recent piece of crap I bought was Saints Row 4. The even bigger joke is that it's now priced down to $49.99, I bought Saints 4 at full 59.99 on day 1.

In the future I only see myself buying the bigger games that last a long while which come out only once in awhile like Grand Theft Auto.
I'll also always support fighting games which is part of the reason I came back to gaming. For me, playing a fighting game is a lot like playing pool. You can make money & bet on it.

When I'm too old to move enough to play them, though I might as well be dead at that point.
