Anyone pursuing a computer related degree?

If not, what sort of degree are you pursuing? What degree do you already possess? Just curious, considering we're all computer oriented.

Computer Science, myself.

I'm getting a degree in nanotechnology so I guess that's kinda related to computers.

Ah, computer science majors. The place all the computer engineering dropouts winded up. Man, I miss college.

I may also major in nanotech . . . but we'll see on that.

From there, I'd like a degree in VG design. Typical, right?

Yeah, I'm about to start VG design degree next month. It sounds almost like a art degree from the induction.

How heavy are the chemistry, physics and biology books? If you used the same ones I think I'd use? Also could you buy the books digitally? Why am I asking? Because I have scoliosis so the less weight I carry . . . . if I could have something like a kindle or tablet for the books I think that'd be better for my back. (You can PM me if you choose)

Well I never had to carry my books to class and did all my work in my room so I didn't carry them to the library or anything either. Chem books are pretty big just because of how broad they are. My physics books were light once they started getting more specific than just general physics. I did have one electronics book that was ~1400 pages that was a pain, but other than that they weren't too big. As for if they're online or not, I'd say about half were. A lot of my books were around before "downloading" existed and haven't been updated since so they weren't available.

Also a lot of the books were optional anyway since the professors would post the notes online so only the homework was from the books but many of my professors posted homework online too.
