What to look for in PS3 HDD's

The backup utility will back up everything except copyright / locked data.

Basically what you'll do is backup EVERYTHING on your system on an external device. turn off system, remove old HDD and replace it. Turn it back on and use the external storage and restore your data.

Also be mindful when doing an HDD upgrade you may also need to download the PS3 firmware update because of a verification check of the system version. Storing the firmware update on a USB thumbstick will fix this issue because when doing a transfer the system sometimes asks for it so keep this in mind.

A fan is confident in the game they prefer being able to stand on its own merits.
A fanatic attacks the opposing game showing insecurity in the game they like.

What's copyright/locked data? Just don't want to lose saves and I know some of them are locked.
