Surface Pro 2 is supposed to be launching with a Haswell refresh next month. It should more than likely double the battery life. That and storage space were the only real drawbacks about the first gen. If they don't up the storage space that could easily be combated with cloud storage, micro sd cards (assuming that feature stays), and usb storage.
