How hard is it to change a hard drive?

#1TekutsoPosted 9/15/2013 4:45:32 AM
My hard drive died in my old computer. Physically taking it out and putting a new one in is pretty easy, ive already took the old one out and examined it so im not worried about that. Ive never done this before.

So once I get the new hard drive in, What happens? Do I just pop my windows 7 iso disk in and it will take me from there? Is it relatively simple?

Are you reinstalling windows on it or just using it as a second hard drive? If the former, pop your windows disc in and follow the instructions.
