If Snuckie posts on your thread, then its probably the best answer you will get. Unless I'm posting, but if I agree with him then his answer was the best one.

Also later on, the cheap cpu will bottleneck your GPU, maybe not right now but think long term.

The video is misleading. Many games do see significant performance increases with a faster CPU, just not the ones he listed.

I actually have it on a usb drive but that would save me even more. (before looking at build)

I'd like to see him run that same test with Minecraft and Skyrim. It would be a slaughter.

It really depends on the individual game. I'm for being on the safe side and getting an i5, but some people don't care as much about it and don't want to spend as much, and that's fine too.

Well, I didn't include a 3rd party CPU cooler, so you wouldn't be able to overclock the CPU safely until you dropped $30 or so on one (Hyper Evo 212 is what a lot of us go with.) But that part can always be added at any time in the future, and isn't really a requirement.
