The NZXT Gamma or the Rosewill Challenger are the only things I can think of at that price range.
However any decent case is going to be in the $80 range if you want the luxuries such as good cable management and decent cooling.
Tom's did an article for both the Gamma and the Challenger if you care to look http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/nzxt-gamma-rosewill-challenger-silverstone-precision,2723.html
Just so happens the Challenger is on sale with a promo code too http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147153
Personally I wouldn't skip out on a case though, as proper airflow and heat reduction are one of the most important things a PC needs.
If you can stretch your budget to at least $80 you will have a lot more to work with. --- Intel i5 3570k | 8GB DDR3 | MSI TF3 HD7950 | PS2 | Xbox | PS3 | Wii U | PSP | DS Gaming is about fun, not company loyalty or close minded platform worship
You can get a HAF 912 for that much, sometimes. It's usually like $60.
I really like mine, and see myself stick with it through my next few builds. Grey interior and no grommets are some rather major cons, though. --- RENAMON!! *weeping* YOU HAVEN'T BENT ANYONE OVER THE SINK AND SHOVED A "CHECK THE STICKY* UP THEIR ASS IN MONTHS!! *curls into ball crying*- Cither3000
Actually now that I looked at the NZXT Source 210, I'm going to second my vote to that thing. It has grommets and exposure for cabling under the motherboard tray. It also doesn't have any gimmick LEDs.
I am the sort of person that prefers practicality and function over tacky lighting. Aesthetics are nice, but they do nothing in regards to increasing the performance of a PC.
The NZXT however has a clean look to it and is reasonably $30 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146075 However it only has one 120mm rear fan installed. You probably better off buying this case and getting a couple of extra fans and getting a decent case with adequate cooling without breaking the bank. --- Intel i5 3570k | 8GB DDR3 | MSI TF3 HD7950 | PS2 | Xbox | PS3 | Wii U | PSP | DS Gaming is about fun, not company loyalty or close minded platform worship
Sweet looking raidmax with plenty of fannage. Easy installation all around.

As someone who still has a gamma just collecting dust. I wouldn't recommend it at all. The case is ok for a budget build. The front usb's completely suck and if you unplug and plug in usb cables it won't last at all. I would recommend saving some more money and getting a case in the 80 dollar range. I would recommend the NZXT Phantom full tower i have one as well and love everything about it. --- i5-2500k,Asrock Extreme 3 Gen 3,2x 1Tb Spinpoint f3,sli EVGA 580 3GB.12gb G Skill Sniper 1600, Seasonic X750,Corsair 600t white,Corsair H100,Ocz Agility 3
I generally wouldn't recommend anything with Raidmax on the branding. --- Intel i5 3570k | 8GB DDR3 | MSI TF3 HD7950 | PS2 | Xbox | PS3 | Wii U | PSP | DS Gaming is about fun, not company loyalty or close minded platform worship
