As long as you still have your login info, you can download your Steam games on any PC an infinite amount of times.

Steam games are tied to the account it was purchased on, NOT the computer it was downloaded to.

Open Steam

In the main window you will see a list of menus at the top of the screen "Steam, View, Friends, Games, Help"

Go to the Steam Tab, Click Backup and Restore games to back up EVERYTHING currently installed. (Remember the Restore Game option for the future if you want to restore a backed up game)

OR as an alternative

Right click on an installed game in your library and click "Back Up Game Files"

And select what you want to back up.

No matter what computer you have, even years from now as long as you have a Steam account you will always be able to back and restore your games.

Copying the game files will work, Steam will verify and download any missing files.
