Fairly sure the 4770k is king in anything that uses 4 threads or less at the moment.

yep the i7 4770k, not too sure about i7 3770k. There's also the question of GTX 690 vs 760 vs Titan, but the 690 has some good data

I don't like water cooling, I don't use Photoshop or do any Video Editing so, I generally only build PCs for what I actually need. That was just a realistic build if I had that kind of money to blow, to take advantage of that would of practical use for real world performance.

If I wanted a completely unpractical over the top ridiculous build. I would have went with this.

No one would see actual real world performance differences, the results would only ever show up on benchmarks and a number on benchmark is far different then the FPS number in a game, and it's the latter that matters (To me at least)
