No, there isn't an easier way. It's a command-line program.

But is that the right program. It doesn't say its for Windows 8.

Honestly, at this point, if you can it's probably better to just reinstall Windows. It's sad how often it fixes the problem but it's usually the easiest solution.

If you reinstall windows and you still have a problem, then it's definitely faulty RAM. Have you tried pushing it in further like someone else suggested? It's unlikely that it would show up as full if it's not inserted it properly, but it's worth trying.

Okay guys, I found this thread here. Seems like it is an issue with Origin and Battlefield 3. They dont really go into solutions, anyone here that plays BF3 know of a way to stop this?

**I should say, I closed out all things Origin and did a hard reset, the RAM usage went back down to 1.6GB, but since starting Origin back up to resume my download, the non-paged pool goes up about 10MB a minute.

Good luck on finding a solution. You did say earlier you restarted your pc and the ram usage was the same when it came on so I assumed it would not be an application problem.

Let the download finish and see how it runs afterwards.

You can buy a $500 console and a $500 computer and have two crap machines, or you can spend $1000 building your own computer and have the best of both worlds.

This guy is hilarious.

Plus I've used and downloaded many games from origin on this outdated machine that can still run Skyrim on max settings yet your $800 can't even run a simple little program like origin?
lawls.
