3570k. overclocked to 4.2 ghz. 1.176 volts. my cooler is a cool master evo, which is basically a 212+. i used to idle at as low as 25c-30c range. Now im idling at 50c. I reseated the heatsink and the cpu fan is definitly spinning. what else could it be? I know how to apply thermal paste ive done it a 1000 times.

i tried using default uefi settings and it was still idling at 45c. what gives?
