My PC isn't reading my graphics card

I have a Nvidia Geforce 9800 GTX and it's not recognizing it. Instead CPU-Z says I have a ATI Radeon 3200. This is my other PC that I rarely use. I decided to boot it up to play some PC games and they run slow as ****. It wasn't always like this. I'm computer illiterate so go easy on me lol.

I tried to download drivers from the Geforce website and it won't install anything because it doesn't recognize anything.

Are the power connectors plugged in to the graphics card?

Is it seated properly in the PCI slot?

It's probably on board graphics. Did you check any of that stuff that I said?

Plug the display into your graphics card, not your motherboard.
