Ok after watching the video, I'm on her side... (HTML5 wasn't working, when I enabled flash youtube started working again :D)

He gave his business card, he gave out his information willingly.

I think she kept her cool surprisingly well.
I would have when he came back, just said
"Get out, or I will call the cops"
And then I would have called the cops if he did not leave immediately.

If you work in the customer service industry, then the customer is the reason you are there. There can be no excuses for this kind of behavior by an employee, be it the owner or simply a retail clerk. Sure the guy was clueless, but there are other better ways to handle it.

Are you a child? Her behavior was inexcusable. The incident could have ended when the customer walked off but she decided to try to impress the camera man by humiliating the customer. As the manager, she should have been the adult but alas, she thought she'd try being youtube famous instead.
