It's either your fans have worn out bearings or your harddrive is very noisy. Loud harddrives can sometimes be a sign before they fail, but sometimes the noise is perfectly harmless.

Only two things with moving parts that might make noise these days are typically hard drives or fans.

Usually if a fan is starting to make the sort of noise you describe, it means the bearings are starting to go out. Means you need a new fan.
