Either this game or I'm gonna try and stretch my cash and get Civ5. Thoughts?

Civ5, but don't stretch anything and get Civ5 for $5.
ADD, no. Where is the thread for Fallout OCD players?

State of Decay is great. Keep in mind that the current build requires a 360 controller or one that's Xinput compatible.

Technically you can play with mouse and keyboard, all the actions are bound but they aren't listed anywhere in game and mouse control is very rough right not.

Personally I think Civ V is by far the superior choice as far as gameplay.

I got State of Decay for 360 but had to quit playing. Actually, the State of that game (pun intended) is what made me pack up my 360.

What state is it in on PC? I have a 360 controller for PC, but is it playable? Graphics options?

It's a steam Early Access release, so they consider it an unfinished state. However I've been playing all evening and not only does it run extremely well, it looks fantastic too. Caveat however is that control over graphics is limited to Vsync, resolution, and a single slider currently. The highest setting adds copious amounts of motion blur and bad antialiasing, so I dropped it down a level and it's been smooth sailing ever since.

On my 560ti with 120hz monitor it doesn't drop below 120fps ever. I held out on playing it on the 360 because I knew it had problems. I'm glad I did because it's just been a delight on my computer.

Thanks CatToy, I think I'll wait. The worst part about the 360 version was the AA.
