How's this for ~$1300?

Peripherals, hard drives, and optical drive will be coming from my old machine.

Any suggested tweaks? I'm also a bit concerned I may be going overkill with the GPU. I just have one 1080p monitor, but I'd like to max anything for a while (well, aside from ridiculously high AA or anything like that). I'm also pretty firm on a full tower, there is always blood and much cursing when I have to deal with mid-ATX.

You can get cheaper RAM if you want but money doesn't seem to be that big of an issue

Oh and I don't know much about that SSD but people usually suggest Samsung 840 Pro/EVO

And usually Arctic MX-4 is suggested over the Arctic Silver

Money is always an issue. I picked the G.Skill because I've had good luck with them and there's a combo deal with the HAF 932 Advanced that isn't showing up on partpicker. However, I'm open to any suggestions to trim some money here or there :)
