Anyone know if this DDR3 would be compatible with my motherboard?

Yes your motherboard supports that RAM, and most likely all DDR3 RAM

The motherboard manufacturer will usually have a supported ram list. That doesn't mean that another brand or model # won't work if its not on the list..

Yes. Also, that's a pretty OCing-centric mobo...I'd say most of those features would just be unused money for someone whose (I'm guessing) relatively new to building their own comp.

Or is that mobo one you already have?
