Would I see any difference between DDR2 5300 and DDR2 6400?

My RAM for my older computer is DDR2 PC2 5300, and it can be upgraded to 6400, would I see any increase in speed at all? I have a Q6600 and can't overclock.

Off topic: Use the pin mod on your Q6600 for 3Ghz.

if you mix ram speeds they will only run as fast as the slowest one ie ddr2-800 would only run at ddr2-533 speed.

That's pretty awesome, but I don't need it when I got a 3570k build sitting next to that one.
