Do you regularly tune in to a stream or Esport event?

I watch the odd LP but only if I enjoy the commentary (in an MST3K sought of way).

I used too when Starcraft used to air in Korea. But after Blizzard killed the Starcraft scene in Korea, I no longer watch any E-Sports game. I have never played Starcraft 2 or LoL, so I can't really get into those games.

No, it's all too complex for me. I don't understand DOTA/LOL, it's not fun or simple to watch. The attraction of Football (Soccer >_>), is really simple, the ball goes into the net for points, that's it. No knowledge required.

Gaming shouldn't be considered a sport..... which is why it's not.

Fine, then call it a game. Even if it is not a sport, there might still be a reason to watch no? In a way it feels more like a chess tournament than a 100 meter sprint. But what we call it is irrelevant. You could call it E-competitions, but that would not change anything.

Fighting games out today that are played competitively enough are all crap to watch, most are boring combo fest resulting in a gameplay thats actually VERY slow.

I thought the objective was to fall over in the most melodramatic way possible?
