MS Surface 2

Looks like the surface 2 is coming.

With a Tegra 4 for the RT version.

I wonder, how does the Tegra 4 compare graphic performance wise, to the (I assume haswell) processor in the pro?

Doesn't matter because there's no reasonable way to write games for it.
Microsoft is still promoting XNA to write games, a stack they announced are deprecating and no longer supporting next year.

And that's just the tip of the iceberg.
The available APIs are a complete joke. I can't believe anyone is writing for WP8/RT at all.

The only way to get enough power to write a decent app is if you're Microsoft or you are the OEM (former Nokia, HTC, Samsung). Otherwise you're basically restricted to the power of... a web site. You can't access core system API. You can write into your sandbox, that's it. Microsoft runs the playground and keeps all the fields, courts, and hopskotches to itself.

Microsoft doesn't support or promote writing games on Windows RT with XNA.
