Doesn't matter because there's no reasonable way to write games for it. Microsoft is still promoting XNA to write games, a stack they announced are deprecating and no longer supporting next year.
And that's just the tip of the iceberg. The available APIs are a complete joke. I can't believe anyone is writing for WP8/RT at all.
The only way to get enough power to write a decent app is if you're Microsoft or you are the OEM (former Nokia, HTC, Samsung). Otherwise you're basically restricted to the power of... a web site. You can't access core system API. You can write into your sandbox, that's it. Microsoft runs the playground and keeps all the fields, courts, and hopskotches to itself. --- Chief Scientician
