How many of you 60hz peasants are switching off of 2560x1440 PeasantHD

Do you have any idea what an 80 inch plasma would draw from the wall? Likely getting close to 1000w ALL THE TIME... That would be insane.

I'd love to touch those pixels.

I was reading somewhere that the bandwidth with regular HDMI won't even go above 30FPS at 4K resolutions and it doesn't matter of you have quad SLI Titans. Fine for movies and such, but not ideal for gaming.

Dual HDMI.
You can buy a $500 console and a $500 computer and have two crap machines, or you can spend $1000 building your own computer and have the best of both worlds.

Apparently 4k resolution is 30fps peasant level in most games haha.

On a side note, I recently overclocked my 1440p to 120hz, God this thing is AMAZING!

Did the same thing to my recent Korean Samsung PLS panel and it is amazing and only cost me $269! Freaking crazy....120hz or bust :D

All of those 2560x1440 monsters are 27" or bigger and costs more than $500. I'll get my new GPU first before upgrading that part.

I'd flip the TV onto a table and then I'd flip the table.
