As much as I want a 1440 monitor, I dont think I can let go of 120hz. So would it be foolish to upgrade at the same resolution?

I don't think it's worth the money unless you go 1440p.

I updated from a 21 to a 27. It hurts my eyes to web browse now, but gaming is much better.
