Looking for a decent dedicated GPU for my PC, suggestions?

I have done lots of searching around and came to this forum for some insight. I am looking to get a better gaming performance out of my current PC setup. Right now I have an integrated Intel HD 2500.

My current PC setup is:

Intel Core i5 3350 (quad-core 3.0ghz)
8 GB DDR3 RAM
300W (+3.3V & +5V=130W Max) PSU
1 PCI Express x16, 2 PCI Express x1

I'm trying not to upgrade my PSU if possible. Also, I'm not looking for MAX everything settings, but just a good boost in gaming graphics.

Recommendations please

7950s are at all all time cheap you can snag them for 200 bones. Not sure if that would req a PSU upgrade but either way you should post ur budget.

It would 100% necessitate a psu upgrade. The TDP from a 7950 is 200w.
