Good "high bullet damage" shooters that can be co-oped through?

Doesn't have to be tactical but I like high bullet damage shooters akin to the old rainbow six games.

Takedown Red Sabre turned out to be garbage, was recommended SWAT 4, that only comes on disc so I decided to not go that route as I'm wanting to pick up a game for me and a friend that we can download, via steam or some other service.

swat 4 is the best of the best but theres other games like Red Orchestra 2 which is a WWII shooter with high bullet damage and is quite realistic

ADD, no. Where is the thread for Fallout OCD players?
"We have to keep it on page 3 or it freaks out."

I know of the ARMA series and would go after 3 but I don't think his rig can handle it.

How intensive is Arma2 on its requirements?

My friend managed to run skyrim at playable rates, which surprises me given his labtop has subpar specs but I know the arma games require a lot.

It's over 4 years old at this point. Any halfway modern system should be playable. I remember getting a decent experience on a 4850 and a Phenom II 965

You die relatively quickly in Gears of War co-op in Insane mode and you have to reliably headshot to get through the campaign.
