What do you mean your RMA time is up?

It says only a 30 day return policy. I've had it for a year.

I just wanna make sure that if I do buy a 670, is if it'll be a good card aswell as never frame skipping in skyrim. I hate when you'll be running around, it'll load a nearby dungeon or a group of wolves and the game pushes you forward a step and drops a couple frames.

If it's under warranty you can get it replaced

^most video cards have a 2 or 3 year warranty. you should try a RMA anyway and then sell the replacement you get to offset the cost of whatever new video card you get.
i still haven't found what i'm looking for...

I don't think a new GPU is going to give you the results you want in Skyrim.

That sounds like an HDD bottleneck like I mentioned in Bioshock infinite but I don't know enough about skyrim to know how its loading works. It's also possible it's a CPU problem but I don't know what you're using to say for sure and again I don't know much about skyrim. It doesn't really sound like a gpu problem though.
Every time I try to go where I really wanna be it's already where I am, 'cuz I'm already there

Use Dimmdrive for Skyrim. That's what I'm going to do.
